Project duration: Five months

The entire garden design was in need of planning approval, along with the creation of steps and a driveway which well needed due to the sloping nature of the site at the entrance of the property. Builders had also left quagmire which was in need of maintenance.

We created a beautiful granite block driveway and a retaining wall with York dry-stone. Our materials – including bull-nosed coping stones – were locally sourced and resulted in a stunning new patio surrounding the property with large format Italian porcelain tiles. We laid a lovely resin bonded path which was accessible for the disabled. To finish the project off, we lay turf to create a picturesque new lawn area.

The clients were very happy with the outcome and commented ‘Have never had such a hardworking team!’.
