OUR PROCESSHow we design a pond
The process normally starts with a site visit. We discuss the style and size of pond you would like, look at how it could fit naturally into the garden and, where useful, mark the approximate shape on the ground before specifying the appropriate pumps and filtration.
Assess the setting
We look at the site, desired size and style, surrounding levels and how the water feature should sit within the garden.
Shape & position
The pond or stream is positioned and shaped to suit the garden before the system specification is finalised.
Install filtration
Pumps, filtration and other system components are selected to suit the installation and intended level of maintenance.

These ecosystem-style systems use biological filtration and naturally occurring beneficial bacteria to help maintain clear, healthy water while reducing routine maintenance.
Depending on the installation, systems can incorporate pond and stream filtration, waterfalls, adjustable water flow, automatic treatment dosing, lighting and smartphone controls.
